What We Provide

Chemical Damp Proofing
Faults within a buildings design can often lead to ground moisture being drawn up into the masonry. This works by capillary action where the structure as more suction than the ground beneath. With the correct treatment we can ensure walls remain dry, healthy and free from the effects of dampness.
Timber Preservation
Timber that has a high moisture content can be susceptible to fungal or insect attack. Left without the proper care and treatment this can cause damage to buildings. We have completed all necessary training with the Property Care Association to help identify defects within timber and ensure the correct treatment is completed.

Structural Waterproofing
Earth retaining walls such as those in basements can have very little protection against lateral water ingress. We can advise the best solution for treatments below ground level. This allows us to convert a once damp basement into a dry, usable room.
Roofing
Due to our climate here in North Yorkshire we're no stranger to a drop of rain. A leaking roof can cause serious damage to a property if left unrepaired. Timber joists can decay, saturated plaster can fall off and cold temperatures can cause chimneys to spall. We can not only repair your leaky roof but repair all aspects of damage caused.

Condensation Control
Warm air holds moisture which condenses to water droplets when cooled. As warm air inside a property reaches a cold wall or window we start to see condensation occurring. This can be a spawning ground for black mould which is not only unsightly but can be hazardous to health. We have many solutions to this problem and can help create a healthy environment within your home.
